- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
The most unprofessional and unorganized people, first they give wrong make and model of the vehicle then after arranging pickup time and driving 30-40 miles to the pickup location they say the vehicle is not ready and when you ask the reason they hang up and never pickup the phone.
