Second time I used these folks. No issues. Did everything they said they would do. Courteous, on-time, professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.
I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company. Unfortunately, my recent experience with JMD Logistics LLC has been nothing short of a nightmare.
The logistics management, led by James Williams and his manager, has been utterly inadequate. Despite the passage of more than two months, I have yet to receive a refund for a service that was never provided. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the credibility of your organization.
In my opinion, JMD Logistics LLC stands out as one of the worst freight services in the United States. The lack of accountability and failure to fulfill the promised service has left me profoundly disappointed. I am compelled to reiterate my request for a swift resolution and the immediate reimbursement of the funds for the undelivered service.
I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts a thorough review of your company’s practices and encourages improvements. Customers deserve transparency, reliability, and prompt resolutions to issues. Unfortunately, my experience with JMD Logistics LLC has been far from meeting these expectations.
The transportation of my two vehicles went great! My only concern is why the price went up so much more than my original quote. Can someone please explain that to me?
needed last min transport to our dealership, we dealt with john. he was great they gave us a fair rate, and fast service. the delivery driver kept in contact with updates and was great !

The entire process was seamless. I had my car picked up in one state and delivered to me in another state. The representative I worked with was very patient and knowledgeable and followed up many times while waiting to complete the transport. The delivery was made on a Saturday which was unexpected but welcomed. I would use this company again no questions asked. It was more affordable then expected as well.
