- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
Wish I had seen this prior to being scammed out of a deposit. Was given a price, I asked 3X if that was the correct price including insurance & tolls, was told yes by “Grace Morgan” who I spoke to & admitted she is not Grace but is “required” to use that name by her employer: 0311 INVESTIGATIONS & SECURITY LLC

Documentation states cc however that was not an option for the deposit therefore I had to zelle. Did not give me a pick up time so when I inquired she jacked the price claiming the truck broke down, needed to get a new driver and was negotiating with several…. I refused to sign a new contract without cancelling the old contract which she did. When I got the actual new price I refused to sign the contract. It became obvious that she was just lying about truck break down and multiple drivers wanting more $. Call her out on each lie and she says “I know”! Looks like she makes money by just taking deposits. Also have a strong suspicion this company is not veteran owned. Small claims may rule for a refund due to the receipt of the cancelled contract from “Grace”.
bait and switch company do not trust .93 acura integra going from lubbock tex to dfw quoted price 200 total then switch to 70 fee and 250 tow fee but wanted 400 to begin with talk to Grace as representative
Switch and bait company be carful no a good way to do business
Bad company to do business . Will price you one price and then change it to alot higher price .they promise pick up and deliver the same day for more and it doesn’t get there that way. Price quoted 200 price charge 320. Talk to Grace about car from Lubbock Tex to Mesquite Tex
