RUN -DO NOT USE THEM! I was about to book with them and thankfully I found out about them and how they operate before I had two other people I know use their services! They are extremely rude first and foremost. The first person we spoke with did not speak clear English and couldn’t understand it. We were trying to ship a 2025 Chevy Trax and he kept saying 2014 Honda. My mother who is 70, battling cancer got frustrated and asked to speak with someone. Yes, she did yell. She’s tired. And the mockery on their end only frustrated her more. I took over the phone call and went outside to de-escalate the situation. I was going to finalize this transaction and I’m so thankful “John” decided to open his mouth and put his foot right in it. (Especially after reading these reviews) He proceeded to ask me and I quote, ” Since your mother is old and cranky how did you hear about us?” That was it for me. I guess in a sense he was a blessing in disguise because of the other reviews. So thank you John, but I wouldn’t recommend your company to anyone! Attached is the texts that he did as they proceeded to blow up my phone. Trying to apologize for the miscommunication. Sir, there was no miscommunication. Please leave me alone. And he continues. Also for those that have left reviews regarding holding your car hostage, breach of contract etc. please REPORT their company to FMCSA. RUN -DO NOT USE THEM! This is a horrible company, giving a price of $675 to transport a vehicle and then the day before, jacking the price up nearly a $1000 more. Then they would not remove the order number so I could get another company forcing me to use them. When I wrote a bad review, the sent me a message to remove the review or they would not transport my car!
Do not make the mistake I made hiring them!!! I needed a car transported and Harris reached out to me stating that the total cost to ship the car would be $245. I told him that the most I will pay is $245, is he sure that he can do it for that amount? Over the phone he stated he has a driver that is willing to transport my car for that amount, but he would need me to sign the contract with-in 15 minutes because the person that approves the contract was leaving. I, therefore, foolishly signed the contract. After a couple days of going back and forth with him increasing the price, I finally had to settle with $400. I told him that if he could not find a driver for $245 then the deal is off. He then told me that I would have to pay for breach of contract, even though it was him misleading. I felt like this was my only option. He wanted me to pay more than $500, but after much negotiating and him threatening me, we agreed to $400. This is a complete bait and switch. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Do not, do not, trust Harris. He is as dirty as they come. He represents the company horribly. He was yelling on the phone, berating, belittling, and trying to humiliate me and make me feel like a complete idiot. At one point he was actually laughing at me. Please, please do not use this company, they will stick it to you. Trying to save a little money is not worth the nightmare that Harris will put you through.
This was my first experience shipping a vehicle I purchased at auction and Robert made the whole process easy. He was able to find me a driver to pick up my motorcycle the next day and the driver delivered it from Arizona to Minnesota in three days with zero problems. The price he quoted was the price I paid and I will definitely use them again.
FAKE POSITIVE REVIEW – RATING PENALIZED
Chris Brown was amazing. Communication was top tier and he was extremely helpful. He found me a great carrier to ship my car from Georgia to California. I know you often hear about the bait and switch when it comes to pricing but that did not happen with Fast Autoship LLC. The price was exactly what they said it was going to be and I appreciated that. I would definitely do business with them again.
