- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
If I could leave 0 stars I would the positive reviews are from fakes this place is a scam they even offered to pay me $200 (which is what I already paid them) to remove my original review!!! don’t waste your time, the rep John is fraud I paid my deposit no confirmation that it was received UNTIL I texted them twice to confirm then when the day comes to pick up the vehicle Josh the rep states he couldn’t find the driver I expressed that i’am military and will be deployed he assured me he would have a driver for the price I signed the contract for which was $750 the day comes no driver and I ask for a refund on the deposit magically now he has this amazing friend that he’s known 10 years blah blah blah that will do the pick up BUT wants 1300 why would I agree to pay more to a company that has shown their unreliable. Shame on this business for trying to take advantage of their military servicemen I will be contacting my lawyers as I had to miss out on two extra days of work and buy a new flight back to base
Fake Reviews these guys are bait and switch guys that run your quoted price up or cancel on you at he last minute and keep your deposit. Warning!!
