- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
We would like to file a complaint against a trucking company, they reached out to our customer with the intention of harming our business, they didn’t even reach out to us before reaching out to the customer if they were reaching out to them for any information. we didn’t get connected with driver for only one day as we were taking care of payment, we committed the payment asap but due to some internal issue we were not able to do it quickly in mean time he approached the customer and ruining our company’s image by saying that he is not able to contact us, he never called us or send us any email.
After that they asked for money for no reason and blackmailing us if we did not clear the Payment before delivery, they will not deliver the containers, however we already cleared the payment in advance. We request them to deliver the containers and send us the revised invoice for rest amount, but they denied and add more and more changes.
