- deliberately low-balling an estimate to later ask for more money (bait & switch)
- withholding customer belongings unless they pay significantly more than the quoted price
WAYNE WEBSTER TOOK MY $100 AND ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD HAVE A DRIVER, I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN, I CALLED AND ASKED FOR HIM AS WELL AS THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT AS I WAS SEEKING A REFUND. THEY REFUSED TO CALL ME BACK OR SPEAK TO ME. DONT USE THESE AMATEUR ASSHOLES. THEY ARE OUT TO GET RICH $100 BUCKS AT A TIME. THE OWNER IS THE WORST OF THEM. HOW UNFORTUNATE FOR THEM. I WILL BE IN ARKANSAS AT A DEALERS ASSOCIATION MEETING IN JUNE, I WILL ADVISE THE STATE DEALERS ASSOCIATION TO AVOID WEBSTER TRANSPORTATION. WHAT GOES AROUND…….
Wayne Webster of Webster Relocation Services talked me into giving a credit card deposit of $100 when he did not have a driver lined up. I told him time was of the essence since I was paying $10 a day storage where it needed to be picked up. 6 days after the proposed pickup date it was still not picked up so I ended up renting a trailer myself and travel 1500 Miles to pick up my car. Never heard from those jokers again and they did not reply to my emails requesting a refund. Filed a dispute with Amex. Sorry excuse for a “God Bless” company.
